🚛 Delivery Rates
Shipping are available for you to choose from at checkout and these prices are as follows:
Standard Delivery [3-5 Working Days] £3.99 or Free if your spend over £50.
Express Delivery [1-2 Working Days] £4.99 or Free if your order is over £100
International Shipping[7-21 business days]Varies by location

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Moo Glitter Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
🚨 Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you do not receive your order, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Moo Glitter Co, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
📦 Returns
You may return damaged items within [14] days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Moo Glitter Co account or via e-Gift card.

If rejected, we will contact you with the reason and return the item back to you (if applicable).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
